Cacao Men’s Circle

A community of men striving for greater consciousness, balance, and self-awareness.

This Month’s Virtual Circle

Virtual Monthly Circle
from $5.00

THIS MONTH'S CIRCLE:

Monday, September 15 | 7 pm CT / 8 pm ET

Life does not become quiet just because we need peace. Pressure builds, responsibilities multiply, and the noise around us can become a familiar pattern within us.

This month, we’ll explore how to move static to steady:

1) Noticing the thoughts, emotions, and habits that keep us reactive

2) Creating space between stimulus and response

3) Choosing how we meet the moment.

Steadiness is the inner ground from which we can respond with greater presence, intention, and care.

SPECIAL GUEST

Damian Costa

CAADAC Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor and Life Coach. Drawing on more than 18 years in recovery, Damian combines empathy, straight talk, and humor to help men move beyond stagnation, practice the power of the pause, and respond to life with greater ease.

September 15 • 8 PM ET • Online

What to Expect:

Guided Meditation: Connect deeply with your inner reservoir of creativity.

A Little Learning: Aside from our unique stories, we dip our toes into astrology and the Mayan Cosmology. For those unfamiliar with cacao, we explain this popular plant medicine's health and spiritual benefits.

Heartfelt Sharing: Engage in open, supportive dialogue where every voice is cherished.

Supportive Brotherhood: Foster meaningful connections with like-minded men dedicated to mutual growth and creative exploration.

Musical Fun: We invite our community members, and sometimes special guests, to perform music at the end of each gathering.

==========

Please prepare your Ceremonial Grade Cacao before arriving at the virtual circle. You can order and learn how to prepare your cacao at www.cacaolaboratory.com.

No Cacao? Don't Worry! Please bring some sacred beverages such as tea, water, etc.
Please feel free to reach out to one of the hosts with any questions!

A portion of your registration will be sent to the Tz'utujil Tribe in Guatemala. An indigenous Mayan tribe that works closely with Cacao as sacred plant medicine, this community is known as guardians and protectors of this sacred plant and its seeds.

We create space with the intention of developing into mature, balanced men. By incorporating the plant medicine of CACAO we connect our hearts and create a sacred space.
