Houston Cacao Men’s Circles
A space for men to be real
Houston In-Person Cacao Men’s Circles
We meet once a month in Houston.
We sit around a fire.
Each man has space to speak and listen.
We don’t fix. We don’t interrupt.
It’s simple…but not easy.
We explore what’s real:
Pressure
Purpose
Relationships
Creativity
What it means to be a man today.
And we face it together.
No experience needed. Just show up and be real.
Next Circle
May 11, 2026
Most men are carrying more than they let on.
Pressure to succeed.
Pressure to stay in control.
Pressure to have answers even when they don’t.
You keep moving.
But the pressure doesn’t actually go anywhere.
This is a space to put some of that down.
To be honest about what’s really going on.
To get clearer on who you are without the pressure to perform.
Creating The Circle
Commit to being there
We only gather when enough men are in. It works because people show up.
Arrive on time
We start together.
Stay for the full circle
It’s built as one experience.
Contribute what you can
The suggested donation is $25. If that’s not possible, help in another way (set up, clean up, or bring someone.)
Stay connected
Join the WhatsApp group to stay in touch between circles.
Listen as much as you speak
This works because we pay attention to each other.
Most people know cacao as the plant behind chocolate.
In this space, we use it to slow things down and support real conversation.
It’s been used for a long time in gatherings like this. Not as the focus, but as something that helps people open up and connect.
We approach it with respect for where it comes from, and keep it simple.
Cacao as Spiritual Ally
Cacao can help people slow down and feel more present.
It tends to open the conversation and make it easier to speak honestly.
We treat cacao as a special tool that supports the space.
In a culture that’s always pushing to do more, she gives space to pause.
Honoring the Lineages
We respect the cultures and people who have carried cacao forward over generations.
We’re especially grateful to Nana Marina Cruz, Ajq’iij Maya Tz’utujil, and her late, father Tata Pedro, whose guidance and generosity have shaped how we approach this work.
If you’ve received from their work, we invite you to give back.
Support the Fire Jun Imox Patreon to help keep the Sacred Fire tended and these living traditions alive.
The Cacao We Use
We are also grateful to our partners at Cacao Lab, a small team we trust.
They work directly with farmers and approach their work with care and respect.

Your Host
Adam Harris
Adam has been hosting Cacao Men’s Circles for six years, creating a space where men can come together, speak honestly, and build real connection. His approach is simple and grounded:
Slow down, tell the truth, and be met without judgment.
Beyond the circle, Adam is the co-founder of Integrity Alliance, a brand studio that helps purpose-driven creators and companies express what they do with clarity. His background spans entertainment, wellness, tech, and live events, where he’s spent years building communities and bringing people together around meaningful work.
What ties it all together is how he shows up: he listens closely, asks direct questions, and creates environments where people can be real. Whether in a circle or in his client work, his focus is the same.
“How can I help people connect more honestly with themselves, each other, and what they’re here to do?”
